What we measure when we do GEO in Cambridge
Progress shows when you compare answers. Today AI recommends other companies. The aim is that a few months from now it recommends you.
More than 200 clients trust us.
Generative engine optimization, or GEO, is SEO for the answers AI writes. The aim is to be one of the few companies an assistant names. We do this work for businesses in Cambridge across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and the AI results in Google.

Around 130,000 people live in Cambridge. You will find it in Ontario. In Ontario we cover 26 cities.
In a smaller city hardly anyone has worked on their presence in AI answers yet. The first company in each sector to do it often keeps the recommendation. We work from Murcia, in Spain, usually 6 hours ahead of Cambridge. Meetings are by video call and in English. We offer the same in Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph.

Three examples of GEO in Cambridge
More and more visitors ask AI to plan where to eat. What it says comes from reviews, guides and local press, and that is where you need to appear.
People ask a lot before a treatment: does it hurt, how long does it last, what does it cost. If those answers are on your site, AI can use them and name you.
AI gets asked what a move costs and who can be trusted. Published guide rates and verified reviews carry the most weight in its answer.
GEO starts with knowing what AI says about you today. Before we touch anything, we ask each engine about your sector and check whether it names you, who it recommends and where it gets its information.
We check what each assistant knows about your company and whether what it says is correct. Sometimes it does name you, but describes you badly or with old details.
We list the questions that end in a company recommendation and order them by how close they are to a purchase.
AI cites what it can summarize without getting it wrong. We turn your pages into direct answers, with your own figures and the name of whoever stands behind them.
Name, address, services and opening hours, the same everywhere. If every site says something different, AI hesitates and names someone else.
We look at which pages each assistant cites when it answers about your sector and work to get your company onto them.
Month by month we track which answers you appear in, which links cite you and what visits and inquiries arrive from AI.
More and more people ask AI before they search. It makes no difference if the question is about a restaurant in Cambridge, a gaming laptop or luggage storage in Toronto. AI names a few companies and the rest go unmentioned.
Illustrative simulation. AI answers change every time a question is asked and nobody can guarantee a specific recommendation.
We put your customer's questions to each assistant and save the answers.
You receive a document with the answers, the sources and the actions we propose, from most to least important.
Content, structured data and media mentions, month by month, with tasks you know about in advance.
Every month we put the same questions to each engine and compare. What works gets more time and what does not gets changed.

Talk to the teamWe do not publish prices because two projects are rarely alike. The cost follows the number of questions you want to appear in, the state of your website and how well known your brand already is. You get a written quote after the first review and can say no.
SEO earns you a position in a list and the click that follows. GEO earns you a mention inside an answer, sometimes with a link and sometimes without. Much of the groundwork is shared, but GEO puts more weight on what third-party sources say about your company.
Expect weeks for some answers and months for others. When an assistant looks things up online, a new page or a fresh mention can show quickly. When it relies on its training, nothing moves until the model is updated, and only the company that makes it knows when that will be.
We ask the questions a customer would ask, many times and on different days, because AI does not always answer the same way. From that set of answers comes a dependable figure for how often you appear, and you can read every saved answer yourself.
You rarely have to rebuild it. The usual work is rewriting some pages, adding the ones that are missing and marking up your data properly. We only propose a new website when the current one is hard for search engines and AI crawlers to read.
More or less. GEO, AI SEO, AI search optimization and AEO (answer engine optimization) are names for the same aim: being cited and recommended in answers written by AI. The industry has not settled on one term. We say GEO, but the work is identical whatever you call it.
We analyze what AI says today about your company and your competitors, at local, national or international level. You receive a report with the actions for your brand in order of priority.
